Step 1 You buy a deposit item from us, such as an injection nozzle.
Step 2 First, just pay the purchase amount. You can then transfer the deposited amount to the bank. We will be happy to pass on the bank details to you.
Step 3 You will receive a return slip together with the delivery of your ordered item. Return address etc. is all shown.
Step 4 You send your old part back to us together with the completed goods return form with sufficient postage. The shipping costs for returning old parts must be borne by the customer. The old parts must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt of the order.
