1 Produktkauf:

Sie kaufen ein Pfandprodukt von uns, wie zum Beispiel eine Einspritzdüse.

2 Zahlung:

Zahlen Sie zunächst den Kaufbetrag. Den Pfandbetrag können Sie dann auf das Bankkonto überweisen. Die Bankverbindung teilen wir Ihnen gerne mit.

3 Rückgabeschein:

Mit der Lieferung Ihres bestellten Artikels erhalten Sie einen Rückgabeschein. Rücksendeadresse etc. ist alles aufgeführt.

4 Altteilrückgabe:

Sie senden Ihr Altteil zusammen mit dem ausgefüllten Warenrücksendeschein ausreichend frankiert an uns zurück. Die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung der Altteile trägt der Kunde. Die Altteile müssen innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung an uns zurückgeschickt werden.

5 Pfandrückerstattung:

Nach Erhalt Ihres Altteils erhalten Sie in der Regel innerhalb von 4-5 Werktagen Ihren Pfandbetrag zurück. Einbau-/Ausbau und etwaige Zusatzkosten können wir nicht berücksichtigen.
